The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in an interior design role within a large retail organization, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of $95,000 – 110,000 gross New Zealand dollars.

Your Key Responsibilities- Coaching and mentoring your Interior Design team through setting clear expectations, direction, and follow-up
- Contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in the market
- Gathering and translating insights from home visits into locally relevant, functional, aesthetic, and commercial home furnishing solutions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Highly regarded experience in design software, particularly Revit
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to inspire, coach, and develop people
- Cultural competency and the ability to integrate equality, diversity, and inclusion practices within a workplace
