  • Oversee data approval workflows for efficiency and seamless processes.
  • Manage user access, data ingestion, and data quality rules to uphold high standards of data governance.
  • Support data governance by ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
  • Identify and address risks associated with data management and governance.
  • Collaborate on data catalog development, ensuring clear and accurate metadata documentation.
  • Monitor and report on data governance metrics while implementing technical solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Support Data Engineers and Architects with data solutions and pipeline design.
  • Document knowledge gained for others to benefit from in future work.
  • Support the Product Owner with clear written and verbal communication.

  • Experience working with Data Governance Tool Collibra or alternative technical knowledge of other Data Governance tools.
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering and data warehousing principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Effective relationship and communication skills.
  • Ability to document processes and findings with clarity and precision.
  • Skills in identifying gaps and opportunities for value creation within Data Governance practices.
  • Structured approach to managing and administering Data Governance platform.
  • Understanding of Kimball methodologies.
  • Experience in Scrum environment.
  • Experience in on-premises and cloud environments, ideally AWS and/or Azure.
