As a Warehouse Assistant at Transpower New Zealand Limited (TPNZ), you'll play a critical role in supporting our Grid Delivery division. Your primary responsibility will be managing inventory and warehouse operations for a service contract handling spares and materials for projects.
Your key tasks will include:
- Receiving and processing inwards goods, ensuring accurate stock and spares bin locations.
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborating with the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain high standards of material handling and stock control.
- Supporting stock management to ensure materials meet quality standards.
You'll be part of a small, dynamic team providing excellent customer service to fulfil contractual obligations.
About you
We're looking for someone with proven experience in warehousing or stock management, who's proficient in computer systems and has a good understanding of HSE requirements. You'll need competence in forklift/plant operation and relevant licenses.
