We are seeking a Technical Project Lead for Cybersecurity Initiatives to join our Cyber Security team at Vector. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise to drive business growth, mitigate risks, and enhance our security posture.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical projects related to cybersecurity, risk, governance, and compliance, and ensuring their delivery meets the required quality and timelines. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to define security needs and align them with business goals, and provide expert advice on technical project management and cybersecurity matters.

Key responsibilities include leading technical projects related to cybersecurity, risk, governance, and compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define security needs and align them with business goals, and providing expert advice on technical project management and cybersecurity matters, developing and implementing technical project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies, and monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

Requirements include proven experience as a Business Analyst in the technology sector, ideally with a focus on security risk, compliance, or regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in value streams, tribes, or squads, with the ability to adapt between Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies, a strong background in digital/technical environments, with a track record of using Six Sigma or Lean Sigma to improve processes and drive efficiencies, and excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
