The Job Description

This role involves managing and growing an Auckland-based client portfolio as a Trade Sales Professional. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in account management and sales success, a strong background in the building, construction, trade, or industrial sales industries, and excellent relationship management skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow sales revenue and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Mitre 10 MEGA at industry events, promoting our brand and services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in account management and sales success (5+ years preferred).
  • A strong background in the building, construction, trade, or industrial sales industries.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills.
