We are seeking an experienced Aviation Operations Director to join our team and help drive the next phase of our journey. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our airline.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of flight operations, ensuring regulatory compliance with New Zealand Civil Aviation Rules and our airline exposition. You will lead strategic fleet renewal, charter expansion, and new route development plans.

You will also be responsible for overseeing crew recruitment, training, and professional development, ensuring we continue to cultivate top-tier talent. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align operational performance with business objectives.
