About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Educator from an allied health background to join our team. This role involves providing education and training to our staff, as well as contributing to workforce development planning.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver education programmes that meet the needs of our workforce.">
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our education programmes and make recommendations for improvement.">
  • Work with clinical leaders to identify areas where our workforce capability and competence can be strengthened through education initiatives.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant health field.">
  • Recent mental health clinical experience (within the last 6 months).">
  • More than five years' health sector experience.">
  • A current APC and registration.">
  • Experience and/or a qualification in adult learning.">
  • Recent experience in a medium to large health organisation.">
