">We are seeking a Clinical Educator from an allied health background to join our team. This role involves providing education and training to our staff, as well as contributing to workforce development planning.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver education programmes that meet the needs of our workforce.">
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our education programmes and make recommendations for improvement.">
- Work with clinical leaders to identify areas where our workforce capability and competence can be strengthened through education initiatives.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant health field.">
- Recent mental health clinical experience (within the last 6 months).">
- More than five years' health sector experience.">
- A current APC and registration.">
- Experience and/or a qualification in adult learning.">
- Recent experience in a medium to large health organisation.">
