**Job Overview**
We are seeking qualified educators to fill three full-time positions as Kairaranga/Resource Teachers in a primary and intermediate school setting. The successful applicants will be part of a team dedicated to supporting students' learning and behaviour.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement strategies that promote student engagement and achievement.
- Provide targeted support to students who require additional assistance in learning and behaviour.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives that promote positive behaviour and learning practices.
**Requirements**
- A degree in Education or related field, and a minimum of five years of teaching experience in a primary or secondary school setting.
- Experience working with students with diverse needs and backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
**Desirable Qualities**
- Leadership experience and a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
- Bilingualism or fluency in Te Reo Maori.
