We're currently seeking an experienced Service & Installation Technician to join our team based in Auckland. As a key member of our Out of Home (OOH) customer support team, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults, learning about our coffee equipment, and providing exceptional service to our customers across various locations in and around Auckland.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess electrical appliance servicing skills, with a current Electrical Practicing License as well as experience in the brewing industry or similar environments. You'll also be expected to have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for learning and development. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a flexible approach to meet business needs.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Diagnostics and repair of coffee machines
  • Provision of exceptional customer service
  • Maintenance of high standards of workmanship and safety
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Electrical Appliance Serviceperson (EAS) qualified
  • Current Electrical Practicing License
  • Experience in the brewing industry or similar environments
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
