Turuki Health Care is a kaupapa Maori organisation that provides integrated health, wellbeing and social services to whanau across the Tamaki Makaurau region. Our goal is to support whanau to make positive decisions and improve their health, wairua and wellbeing.

The Role
We are seeking two dedicated Kaiarohi / AOD Practitioners to join our Te Whare Rauangi team. As a Kaiarohi / AOD Practitioner, you will work directly with whanau to support and empower them on their journey to recovery. You will provide them with the tools, resources and guidance to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals and aspirations.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have lived or work experience in AOD within Maori and Pasifika Communities. You will also need to have experience working with Maori and Pasifika communities in the health and/or social services spaces. Additionally, you will need to have a deep understanding of Te Ao Maori and be committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally appropriate practices.
