Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Consultant to join our Workplace Risk practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic advisory services to a diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing strong client relationships, providing high-quality strategic advice, and leading projects aimed at improving health, safety, and wellbeing performance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and wellbeing strategies for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Lead projects from proposal development through to execution and reporting, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Participate in industry marketing initiatives, including forums, client-facing events, and content development.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and solutions that address emerging risks and evolving client needs.

Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Health and Safety, or a related field. Lead Auditor qualifications and Mental Health First Aid Instructor certification are also highly regarded. In-depth knowledge and proven experience in health, safety, and wellbeing, including developing and reviewing WHS Management Systems, is essential. You will also need strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
