About the Role

This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the cyber security architecture for NZ Post. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify and enhance the maturity of our current state cyber security capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing secure solutions for cloud and on-premise environments
  • Cultivating a culture of security awareness throughout the organization
  • Providing subject matter expertise to ensure consistency of design and approach across the wider cybersecurity landscape
  • Supporting core business initiatives and strategic projects

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and experience developing and documenting principles, architectures, patterns, and other artefacts. You will also have expertise in modern cyber security technologies and strategies for securing applications and infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments.

Requirements:

  • Specialist domain level knowledge, experience, and expertise in cyber threats and critical controls
  • Expertise in leading and influencing business towards cyber security best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience in developing and documenting principles, architectures, patterns, and other artefacts
