About the Role:
  We are seeking a skilled Business Performance and Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a Business Performance and Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial reports and analysis that inform strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement financial models and tools to support business strategy development and implementation
  2. Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  3. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  4. Provide timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements

Requirements:
  Chartered Accountant with experience in large complex organisations in both public and private sectors
  Familiarity with financial planning, analysis, reporting, business modelling, and budgeting
  Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial operations
  A high degree of accuracy and flexibility to assist with a range of tasks
