The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least two years of experience in a medium to large kitchen;
- Food safety certificate level 3 cookery qualifications;
- A strong understanding of culinary trends and a desire to learn more;
- Effective planning and organizing skills;
- The ability to work well in a team and independently.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparation of the kitchen for each shift, ensuring it is clean and hygienic;
- Coordinating food production in line with kitchen standards;
