Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Managing Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in analytical marketing, data-driven decision-making, and enterprise marketing technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate stakeholder needs and negotiate requirements among stakeholders.
  • Possess strong knowledge of business processes from a data-driven perspective.
  • Provide technical expertise for designing, modeling, and implementing clients' data-related initiatives.
  • Drive analytical marketing strategies and contribute to acquiring and expanding client accounts.
  • Lead implementation projects and internal initiatives based on client directives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide expert knowledge on data analytics and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring proper resource allocation and milestone delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor for data and marketing solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or other advanced technical degree preferred.
  • 7+ years' experience in management consulting, strategy, or business operations within a fast-growing tech company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities with hands-on ownership mentality.
  • Expertise in presenting and analyzing data for actionable insights and reports.
  • Passion for big data projects and statistical model implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical teams.
  • Understanding of latest trends, technologies, and consumer needs in data-driven marketing.
  • Experience with enterprise marketing technology platforms, such as Unica, Adobe, Customer Data Platforms, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server.
