We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as the Assistant Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion & Title IX Coordinator.

This position requires a strong understanding of Title IX regulations and resolution processes, as well as experience in developing and implementing DEI initiatives and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to Title IX and Nondiscrimination compliance.
  2. Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into complaints of sex-based discrimination, harassment, or violence.
  3. Provide training and education to students, faculty, and staff on issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  4. Serve as a mentor and advisor to students, focusing particularly on the concerns of students from traditionally marginalized backgrounds.
