About the Job
The role involves working in a residential setting, providing a safe and nurturing environment for young people to thrive. You will be responsible for ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met, while also promoting their personal development and well-being.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine care for young people and colleagues. A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months is also required, as well as a willingness to pursue a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
