Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Detailing All-Rounder. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the full vehicle lifecycle, and ensuring that our fleet of vehicles is maintained to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service, experience in the tourism industry, and a keen eye for detail. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in the tourism industry
  • Able to produce detailed high-quality work
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Tourism industry
  • Ability to establish and maintain supplier & service centre relationships
  • Full NZ Driver's License
