The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of supply chain professionals responsible for logistics execution and integrated demand/supply planning. You will optimize network costs and ensure customer satisfaction by driving collaboration across sales, operations, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that support revenue growth, optimize costs, and deliver the highest service levels to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and planning teams to create short, medium, and long-term demand and supply forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead the integrated demand, supply, and transport review process within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework, driving efficient planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee the continuous planning and optimization of the supply chain network, balancing service delivery with cost efficiencies.
  • Manage the coordination of cross-functional teams to improve planning capabilities, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in strategic supply chain projects, contributing to business and operational strategies that drive long-term success.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess significant logistics management and/or planning experience, strong ability to articulate data points into meaningful language, and recommend strategies to optimize outcomes.
