To achieve this goal, we're seeking a skilled Groundskeeper Specialist to join our Auckland Horticulture team.

Our Groundskeeper Specialists are versatile professionals who handle a wide range of tasks, including:

• Maintaining both soft and hard landscaping areas
• Pruning, planting, flax cutting and general garden care
• Hedge trimming and weed eating
• Spraying herbicides and manually removing weeds

We're looking for someone with a great work ethic, a passion for working outdoors, and the following qualities:

• A current, full Class 1 driver's licence with the ability to drive a manual
• A good level of fitness, as the role can be physically demanding
• A team player with a positive attitude who naturally helps out teammates
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• High motivation and a strong desire to get the job done
• The ability to use a smartphone and other technology is advantageous
