Requirements
- Proven leadership experience, ideally within an insurance broking or related field.
- New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – General Insurance.
- Experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and driving business results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- A high degree of commercial competence, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
