The Role

  • As the Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling reception services, managing patient appointments, and providing administrative support.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors with a smile and make them feel valued.
  • Manage patient records accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Ensure the waiting area is clean and comfortable for all patients.
  • Process patient payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with general office duties, including mail management and document scanning.
  • Protect patient confidentiality at all times.
