What You Will Drive:

  • Lead end-to-end proposition development, from customer and market insight through to delivery and optimisation
  • Build and manage a rolling 12-month roadmap that aligns commercial, product, sales, and marketing teams around what's next
  • Lead and align cross-functional teams through the process from concept to launch, ensuring efficient and effective proposition creation and delivery
  • Measure, refine, and optimise performance using data insights to drive continuous improvement and improve impact
  • Own the frameworks, processes, and tools that make high-quality proposition delivery repeatable and robust

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, product, or commercial roles - ideally within telecommunications, tech, or infrastructure sectors
  • Project management mindset with a proven ability to develop and launch propositions that deliver commercial outcomes
  • Strong understanding of B2B2C models, business case development, and go-to-market strategy
  • Confidence in navigating and aligning cross-functional teams – a natural connector who brings clarity, assigns ownership, and drives collaboration
  • Sharp commercial acumen – able to translate insights into strategic decisions that drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
