The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring advisers in the Education Team and providing substantive input to support the planning and delivery of parliamentary induction and professional development programmes for members of Parliament and parliamentary staff.

You will lead initiatives and model behaviours that influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute towards the effectiveness and success of the Education Team and the Parliamentary Engagement team.

About the Role
  • Design and develop resources to support the delivery of educational programmes and resources.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality professional development programmes for public servants and Parliamentary staff.
  • Provide input to support the planning and delivery of parliamentary induction and professional development programmes.
  • Lead initiatives and model behaviours that influence and motivate others.
