Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage team member to take on a leadership role in one of our cafés. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to guests and lead their team to achieve high standards.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Training, developing, and managing staff performance.
  • Ensuring an efficient and effective service is provided to guests.
  • Maintaining quality standards with respect to food and beverage presentation and content.
  • Preparing and placing stock orders within set timeframes.
  • Conducting stock takes and maintaining appropriate stock levels for expected sales.
  • Overseeing daily processing of all monies.
  • Performing other duties as requested by the Food and Beverage Head of Department.
