About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a retail supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a high standard of service, leading your team, and promoting a positive working environment.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Ensure customers are the number one priority and receive the high standard of service they deserve;
  • Lead your team through coaching, performance reviews, and rostering;
  • Promote a team culture that encourages a positive working environment;
  • Take on responsibility for on-the-floor stock, displays, point-of-sale, and general standards within your department;
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store, actively supporting Health & Safety initiatives.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Retail supervisory experience;
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide direction and leadership;
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to think ahead and offer innovative solutions;
  • A passion for customer service excellence;
  • General computer skills;
  • Ability to manage a varied and busy workload.
