Business Development Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company as a Motion Centre Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing a brand new Motion Centre, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of financial and business fundamentals, with a proven track record of driving sales conversions and providing sales solutions to management.
Key Accountabilities
The successful candidate will have responsibility for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and monitoring sales performance targets, and personally servicing and managing primary Key Accounts within their region. Additionally, they will maintain a cost/output focus on activities, assist with review of operating cost reports, and identify any variances from the budget. They will also forecast and report on specific stock requirements for their territory to ensure effective inventory management and efficient order delivery.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You should have a strong understanding of financial and business fundamentals, with a proven track record of driving sales conversions and providing sales solutions to management. You will also need to be organized, with good planning, self-discipline, and time management skills, as well as negotiation skills with a win-win mentality. A full driver's license is also required.
