About This Role
As a Principal Advisor in our Demand Management team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our demand management strategy and developing effective solutions to meet customer needs. You'll work closely with stakeholders across MBIE and beyond to ensure our data solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively.

We're seeking a skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in business operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for data-driven decision making. Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a demand management strategy that meets customer needs.
  • Lead and coordinate the commissioning and prioritisation process for data initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in demand management.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading complex programmes of work, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Excellent leadership, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Able to absorb complex information and communicate effectively at all levels.
