**Job Overview**

About the role | Te kaupapa We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Tutor to join our team at WelTec. As a tutor, you will be responsible for facilitating teaching, learning and assessment for Gasfitting students.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Facilitate teaching, learning and assessment for Gasfitting students with a strong hands-on practical learning component.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment that fosters student growth and development.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Experience in the plumbing industry is essential, with a relevant qualification (i.e. New Zealand Certificate or National Certificate in either Plumbing, Drainlaying or Gasfitting).
  • A Licensed Practitioner or holding a Certifying qualification is also required.
  • We welcome applicants with multiple licence classes, but we are interested in talking with Drainlayers and Gasfitters who can specialize in specific areas.
