The Role

We are seeking a highly organised Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside the Workforce Development Lead to plan and schedule training, liaise with facilitators and regional administrators, and promote virtual and in-person courses.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and managing Cornerstone, the learning management system for workshops
  • Promoting and marketing other learning and development activities and services to staff using multiple communication channels
  • Actively contributing to project work that relates to Learning and Development strategic initiatives
  • Assisting with the transition of learning materials to Virtual learning options following evidenced best practice
  • Liaising with Careerforce and being a central communication point alongside the Workforce development lead

This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.30pm.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Aptitude for using new and emergent technologies, including eLearning platforms, database infrastructure, learning management systems, Human Resource Information Systems, and AI platforms
  • Experience in the development of virtual or blended learning programmes
  • Proven experience in an administrative position
  • Knowledge of mental health and NGO sector development
