• Experience working with adults with disabilities, particularly those with challenging behaviors.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a team of support staff.
• Effective communication and reporting skills to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and families.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and environments.
