Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Café Supervisor to lead our Havelock North village catering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of the on-site café, providing quality food and drinks, and contributing to a team that delivers excellent results.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality food preparation
- Collaborate with the team to plan and implement café promotions and events
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety practices
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and staff

Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and organisation skills as well as the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- High level of self-motivation and initiative to set and achieve goals
- Barista Qualification
- Current Food Handlers certificate
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel/Microsoft Office)
