Key Programme Details

The 12-month programme offers hands-on experience in key areas of our business, rotating through three core business areas – Claims, Domestic Insurance, and Commercial – spending four months each.

This dynamic journey aims to set you up for success by providing invaluable experience, continuous guidance, training, and exposure to different facets of the business.

You'll work closely with managers, key stakeholders, and teams from across the organisation, gaining a strong foundation for your professional career.
