**The Role**

This role requires a skilled and compassionate Clinician who can work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions. You will be working closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that promote the well-being and resilience of our taiohi.

You will be responsible for facilitating the Real Talk Group Programme, which aims to equip young people with the skills and confidence they need to manage challenging emotions and behaviors.

**What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working in mental health and addiction settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A current New Zealand driver's license and First Aid Certificate
  • Ideal knowledge of the Health and Social Services sectors
