Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining overall restaurant and kitchen cleanliness, ensuring stock levels are maintained, operating check out, and supervising when the floor gets busy. They will also be responsible for communicating effectively with employees, customers, vendors, and agencies, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and liaising with the owner to determine updates to menus and special deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain overall restaurant and kitchen cleanliness
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and purchased accordingly
  • Operate check out and supervise when the floor gets busy
  • Communicate effectively with employees, customers, vendors, and agencies
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Liaise with owner to determine updates to menus and special deals
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Perform other duties as required by management
Requirements:
  • Able to work long and flexible hours including weekends
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
