Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure smooth Restaurant operation by maintaining accurate staffing records.
  • Monitor inventory levels by ordering stock, conducting daily and spot inventory checks, and verifying accurate receiving and stocking procedures.
  • Perform regular stock-takes and ensure received products match ordered quantities.
  • Conduct quality checks on products.
  • Ensure overall appearance and cleanliness of the Restaurant.
  • Develop and implement training programs to keep staff informed and knowledgeable about Restaurant products.
  • Train staff in customer relations skills and sales techniques to maintain high-quality service.
  • Be proficient in cash handling and assist in preparing daily sales reports, deposit preparation, and change orders.
  • Ensure cash security and prepare daily bank deposits.
  • Perform other related duties as apparent or assigned.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • A Diploma or bachelor's degree may substitute relevant work experience.
  • Maturity and ability to handle responsibilities independently during shifts.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential, as detailed training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Motivational and leadership skills.
  • Team player with ability to work under pressure.
  • Availability to work across various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physical fitness to lift weights up to 25kg.
  • Ability to pass random drug tests.
