We are seeking an experienced Property Management Trainer to join our team at Skills Consulting Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in shaping future real estate professionals by providing high-quality training and support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing learner support and guidance throughout their qualification journey.
- Facilitating learning sessions and responding to queries from learners.
- Marking assessments and providing constructive feedback.
- Monitoring progress and identifying learners who require additional support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in L4 Residential Property Management or equivalent experience.
- A Salesperson or Real Estate Qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in student advising, educational support, training, or a similar role.
- You must be organised and confident managing multiple learner groups at once.
- You're a strong communicator who can provide clear guidance and support.
- You understand progress tracking, reporting, and learner engagement strategies.
