About This Opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for an aspiring or established property professional to join our Retail Leasing team in Auckland's award-winning CBD premises. You will be part of a successful agency team responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships to provide quality leasing solutions to retail clients.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Identify and build relationships with prospective retail tenants and landlords in the market
  2. Establish and maintain high presence in the market through regular networking and community engagement
  3. Conduct property inspections, assess market conditions, and provide expert advice to clients
  4. Create and execute effective strategies to maximise outcomes for clients
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams nationally to identify opportunities and provide comprehensive solutions
  6. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
  7. Maintain a strong network of internal and industry contacts to generate new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Must have a valid REA salesperson's license
  • Proven track record of high performance in sales or leasing would make for a successful transition into this role
  • Understanding of the local retail property market and established network of clients
