We are currently seeking a skilled Recruitment Expert to take over two of our top performing portfolios at Alpha Personnel Recruitment Ltd. This 6-month fixed term contract is designed to cover maternity leave, with a start date in April or early May.

About the role:

As a hybrid desk Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for recruiting administration, customer service, EA, PA, and other office support roles for a diverse and well-established client base. You will build and manage client relationships, source top talent, and drive business growth through a 360° recruitment approach.

To be successful in this role:

  • You must have experience working on a hybrid desk, particularly in the temp space
  • A proven track record of delivery, especially in the AoG space, is essential
  • You should be a seasoned hunter with excellent sales skills
  • A people-focused approach is crucial for this role
  • You must be resilient and adaptable

In this role, you will also work on our HR/Property/Procurement desk, recruiting property, human resources, and procurement roles for a diverse and well-established client base. Your responsibilities will include building and managing client relationships, sourcing top talent, and driving business growth.

To be successful in this role:

  • You must have experience working on a hybrid desk in both permanent and contracting spaces
  • A proven track record of delivery is essential
  • You should be a seasoned hunter with excellent sales skills
  • A people-focused approach is crucial for this role
  • You must be resilient and adaptable

Prior recruitment agency experience is mandatory; we will not consider candidates without relevant sales experience.
