**Job Description**

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team in East Tamaki. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our supply chain operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts to inform supply chain decisions.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure optimal inventory levels and achieve key supply chain KPIs.
  • Managing new product development cycles to ensure successful launches and stable forward supply pipelines.
  • Coordinating with Logistics and CS teams to meet DIFOT requirements.
  • Generating and analyzing regular inventory reports to inform business decisions.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement within the supply chain and proposing solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in supply chain planning roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Experience working on SAP ERP systems.
  • An analytical mindset and ability to creatively problem-solve.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
  • A valid unrestricted work visa.
