Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering assistance with purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring the sales floor is tidy
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure an attractive and well-stocked store environment
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the store

Qualifications
- Age 21 or older
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Effective communication skills, with ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Physical ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
