Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance & Governance Coordinator to join our team at Ventia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of subcontractors and workers within the Auckland Council Contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a sustainable governance framework for compliance reporting
  • Enabling subcontractor and employee compliance to Ventia prequalification and subcontractor procurement processes
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge on legislative and contractual compliance requirements

About You

  • Experience in an administrative role with a focus on compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize demands, meet deadlines, and deliver desired results
  • Commercial acumen in insurance, with a deep understanding of the industry
