• Conduct face-to-face interviews with respondents
• Build relationships with local communities and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and meet data quality standards

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
• Familiarity with office software and technology
• A current full New Zealand driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
