**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Specialist to coordinate day-to-day operations and projects across the organization. This individual will ensure effective resourcing, scheduling, prioritization, task coordination, and delivery within timeframes.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, resolving contract issues, advising senior management, and tracking timelines.

This role involves collecting and analyzing project data, managing business cases and cost tracking, aligning third-party priorities with stakeholder requirements, providing user training and ICT resource support, leading project initiation and planning, and identifying and managing risks and dependencies.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain documentation for internal teams and external partners, ensuring compliance with Euronet's global security standards and AML/KYC requirements in collaboration with the Head of Risk & Compliance.

About You / Preferred Qualities

  • At least 2 years of experience in a complex project management role or environment with strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and hands-on experience in data migration projects.
  • Familiarity with project planning and network tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
  • Able to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong documentation, knowledge management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience in project planning, implementation, migration, and change management.
  • Ideal background in project management or business with practical experience in PM applications or software, including JSON and XML API calls.
  • Tertiary education and Project Management certification are desirable but not required.
