Role Description
The Maintenance Officer is responsible for performing all maintenance requirements and procedures to protect our assets, ensure maximum efficiency, maintain customer service levels, and minimize disruptions to guests. This includes preventative and routine maintenance, response maintenance, geothermal and pool processes, cleaning duties, and liaison with suppliers and contractors.

Accountabilities

  • Protect assets and ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain customer service levels and minimize disruptions to guests
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Monitor and report on the condition and maintenance of the building, plant, and fixtures, and safety equipment

Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a current driver's license, previous experience in a similar role, and a NZ Police check. A First Aid Certificate and trade qualification are desirable, as well as pool management experience and/or relevant qualification.
