Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager – Marketing to lead our global marketing initiatives. As a member of our high-performing, purpose-led team, you will drive the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, launching compelling campaigns for new product releases and creating world-class sales enablement tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive global marketing initiatives focused on educational content, sales enablement, and market-facing campaigns.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive product adoption in the USA, UK/EU, and ANZ.
- Partner with the commercial team to ensure global strategies are locally impactful with a USA focus.
- Create world-class sales enablement tools to support commercial teams.
- Educational & Scientific Content Development: Translate clinical data into engaging content for webinars, conferences, and training.
- Develop thought-leadership narratives for KOLs and professional societies.
- Market Engagement & Event Support: Lead marketing efforts for key industry events and strategic customer engagements.
- Deliver tailored campaigns and collateral for commercial partnerships.
- Performance Tracking & Continuous Optimisation: Monitor and track marketing performance, refining strategies based on real-world insights.
- Maintain oversight of SEO and digital content effectiveness.
About You
- Five or more years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, or commercial marketing (healthcare/medical devices preferred).
- A strong generalist—able to write, plan, strategise, and execute.
- Proven ability to create content for clinicians, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and Medical Affairs.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with CRM and QMS tools (e.g. Salesforce); knowledge of digital platforms and SEO is a bonus.
