Role Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and compassionate General Practitioner to work closely with other healthcare providers, share knowledge, and provide comprehensive care to patients. As a Rural Family Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient wellness, including conducting health assessments, managing chronic and acute conditions, providing education, and promoting health and wellness.

With a low GP/NP to patient ratio, you will have the time and resources to provide high-quality care to complex patients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Manage chronic and acute health conditions, including medication management and referrals
  • Provide patient education and promote healthy lifestyles
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in General Practice, with a focus on family medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to quality patient care and ongoing professional development
