We're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solution Designer to join our team. As a key member of our architecture team, you will design and implement enterprise digital solutions that meet our clients' needs.

  • You will lead technical architecture and solution design for enterprise DXP and digital ecosystem initiatives.
  • You will collaborate with clients, translating business challenges into scalable, practical solutions.

  • You will work closely with development teams to ensure architectural best practices and successful implementation.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their journey to adopting a DXP rather than a standalone CMS.
  • You will balance technical excellence with real-world pragmatism, ensuring solutions are innovative yet achievable.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive hands-on technical development experience, with a proven track record before transitioning into architecture.
  • A passion for problem-solving, focused on balancing technical constraints with business objectives in a practical, results-driven way.
  • Extensive expertise in web technologies, including websites, portals, intranets, and digital platforms.
  • A strong understanding of designing, developing, and optimising various digital platforms to meet business requirements.
  • Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in pre-sales, technical solutioning, and enterprise technology strategy.
  • Strong experience with DXP and/or MarTech. Our clients often use, or come from the technologies below; experience with these is advantageous:
