About This Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care with kindness and patience.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of dedicated caregivers
- Developing and monitoring care plans
- Carrying out clinical assessments
- Forming lasting relationships with residents, families, and GP's
- Supporting Clinical Services and Care Home Managers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand or abroad
- A current APC (Annual Practising Certificate)
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A genuine love for helping people and a friendly attitude
- A good team spirit with empathy and drive to make a difference in the lives of others
- A passion for continuous improvement and a sound understanding of health and safety procedures
