Salary
">The base salary range for this role is between $101,287 and $142,993, with appointment depending on skills and experience. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.
Job Description
">We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative Corporate & Finance group.
This newly created role provides an opportunity for someone looking to showcase their blend of technical skills, business experience, and procurement knowledge.
The Procurement Analyst is a key role responsible for collecting, analyzing, and delivering high-quality procurement data, reports, and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
This role will be the expert point of contact for data-related inquiries for procurement, providing guidance and support on data interpretation and usage.
Key Responsibilities
">- Collaborate with the Enterprise Procurement team to improve data-driven decision-making and support initiatives aimed at optimizing procurement delivery and outcomes.
- Proactively engage with the business to gather data, understand reporting needs, and understand alignment of information with ACC enterprise strategy.
- Development of dashboards and visualizations for clear insights and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain datasets; ensure accuracy of data collection to enable informed decision making, effective compliance, and identification of efficiency opportunities.
- Monitoring procurement metrics and trends to highlight opportunities and challenges.
- Completion of accurate, timely reporting to meet government audit requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- A tertiary qualification in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent analytical ability, system investigation skills, and proven experience working with stakeholders to get to the heart of the challenge and propose fit-for-purpose and pragmatic solutions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with databases and business intelligence tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, dashboard design, streamlining, publishing, and distribution, connecting systems and automation).
- Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships, and the ability to gain credibility with senior people leaders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in plain language.
- Resilience, initiative, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an ever-changing and complex environment.
